  • Routine formation: to assist with making change

  • Growth mindset: to explore what is possible: learn new skills and approaches

  • Self-regulation: to assist when facing challenge, fear and anxiety

4. Review Progress

Self-leadership principles: 

  • Self-reflection: what is and isn’t working, what progress has been made, have useful goals been set
